The thing about Phil and Ted is that one kid kind of sits under the other kid and only has their butt to look at. There is always the Bob which is my coveted stroller, which I could never afford. I ended up getting an InStep too. I bought mine new on ebay for a screamin' deal. And I really like it.

You should look into a Phil & Ted jogging stroller, I totally want one! They convert from 1 to 2 seats.
Hmm. See, I'm not willing to pay that much for a stroller.
I like the InStep Safari Stroller. I ordered mine from Walmart.com
