Taking Care of Mommy
Yesterday I came down with some kind of a flu bug and it has knocked me out. I have been in bed for almost the last 24 hours. Justin was able to stay home from work tonight and he has been taking really good care of me. He got up with Katelyn this morning, has kept her out of the bedroom so I could sleep, took her to the store with him to get me Ginger Ale, Chicken Noodle Soup, and chocolate chip cookies (isn't he thoughtful-just what a sick gal needs!) Later this evening he even took Kate outside with him to get the lawn mowed. I had to get a picture of this. He is trying so hard to take care of me and let me rest. What a guy!

That is a great pic! I don't think I've actually ever seen somebody mowing the lawn with a kid-pack on. Funny!
And no, you're not totally wrong D! I just speak my mind more with people I know well. But the joke in my fam is that I don't...compared to most of them! I am mild and keep lots of things to myself - like, for example, if I think someone doesn't have a BRAIN!!! ;)
what a cute picture and a sweet husband. Brinley would rather lay next to me and poke me in the eye than be with daddy in the yard...shes a momma's girl. Sometimes I wish she would rather be with her dad.
