Generally speaking, I am a fairly quiet person. I get really agitated at times when there is too much noise for too long. Life is too noisy sometimes. Too much television, too many movies, too much clutter. I don't like clutter. Noise is like clutter to me.
Right now, I think I would really love some peace. I better see what I can do about that.

I know whatcha mean. That's why I told Brian we had to choose between paying for monthly internet service or monthly cable service. Thankfully, no TV! Although it would've been pretty nice to have it this weekend for conference...

When you figure out how to find quiet, you'd better let us know how you found it! It used to be, in my earlier mommy days, that when I had a chance to be in the car by myself I really enjoyed turning on my own music! Now I enjoy having the radio off completely and just listening to my own thoughts! Turns out I still have a few!
i hear ya. it seems like having this second baby has really made me reevaluate my priorities. i cant stand all of the extra junk that i have in the house. if its extra and we dont need it it goes in the good will box. the clutter drives me crazy.
cody was very colicky and made me never want another baby and wonder what business i had having him, but it passed. i had a lot of good cries and made sure to get some time outs for myself. they helped.
drives seemed to really work for our colicky baby too... and his mama.
we got lucky with lola and she has been a breeze so far. just trying to figure out how the heck to balance everything i need to in life.
