Last week I received this card in the mail from my OB. (in regards to the miscarriage I had this summer)
"A little star up in the sky, has gently fallen, to
say goodbye. Its rays shine down upon my heart, a
little light, it's time to part. Free in spirit, free to
roam, a little star has just gone home."
I know this is probably a standard thing they do at my office, but I really appreciated the thought and it really touched me.
It almost made me cry, but not quite-just some good welling up.

i think i got the same card from him. i think it's sweet that he actually signed it. He is such an awesome doctor.

That is really cool. So simple, yet it means so much.
