Texturing, Round Two

With the possibility of Justin transferring jobs, we are really
feeling motivated. I have been painting all week and Justin
got the rest of the walls textured (outside the bath-new linen
closet area). This time it only took one try at texturing. The
consistency was just right and Justin did a great job!

I have been working on painting all the trim/windows white.

There is so much to do! Luckily we have been able to get some

help with it. It wouldn't be so bad, except that it is taking at

least three coats to make it look decently covered. However,

I am really happy with the change. It is making everything look

so much cleaner and brighter. I hope all this hard work pays off!

I'm not sure if you can tell or not, but this picture shows the

before and after of painting the trim. To the left of the beam is

the old, beige color and to the right is the new, fresh white.

Wow! That does make a big difference! You can tell just from the pic how much brighter it is in the room. Good work!
